I am a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker working primarily in Ulster, Columbia, Dutchess, and Greene Counties. As a Hudson Valley native (orginally from Kinderhook, NY), I truly love all that the area has to offer, and have lived in the New Paltz/Kingston area for the past 22 years. I graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in International Business. Before getting into real estate, I spent some time as a Financial Advisor, and then worked in organizational development at Astor Services for Children & Families for several years. I bring some unique experience to the table, having done real estate appraisal for a while. This gives me an edge on being able to determine a fair price in the current market, in order to get you top dollar. And on top of this, I can have your home staged in order to get the most buyers interested and the best purchase price possible, if having it staged is something that you are interested in. I also volunteered as Director on the local MLS Board of Directors, which allows me the opportunity to find out about currrent & upcoming issues related to real estate in the area. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than assisting clients in achieving their real estate dreams. I am passionate about helping people, whether it be to find their dream home or to help them sell their home and move on to a new venture. I enjoy staying up to date on real estate trends and continuing to expand my knowledge base. You can usually find me reading books, articles, and news about the industry and the community. You can also find me crafting in various mediums, as I am all about innovation and creativity. In addition to working with residential buyers and sellers, I am happy to represent and educate real estate investors and find them properties with the highest possible projected CAP rate, for an excellent return on their investments.
