David Serota Grew up in Buffalo NY, His family has been involved in construction and Real estate for the past 50 years. David worked in the family business and then branched out on his own. David moved back to Buffalo and went back to real estate. In 2009 David formed Principle Real Estate brokerage in Amherst NY. Principle Real Estate has been merged Into its managing brokerage of Serota Real Estate. Since the companies inception, it has steadily grown into one of the North towns top Buyers agent Brokerages. The Serota Real Estate team has an intimate knowledge and expertise of buying, selling and renting homes. Our Firm not only concentrates its efforts on traditional real estate, but has expanded its area of expertise to New Home Construction, Concentrating on being a new build Concierge brokerage. This service not only helps in the building process, but possibly even more importantly, helps match the correct builder to our clients specific needs. We have also established a department for commercial rentals.
