About Sean R. McCoyd

Sean McCoyd was born and raised in the Village of Garden City and is a proud graduate of Garden City High School. He holds a BA in Business Administration, and was a committed member of the FDNY. Sean currently resides in the Franklin Court Mews section of the village, where he has raised his two sons, and has continued to be an active member of the community. Sean's passion for helping others is what lead him to serve as a highly dedicated member of the New York City Fire Department where he was later promoted to Lieutenant. His years with the Fire Department afforded him an extensive working knowledge of building construction and building code. Sean was drawn to Signature Premier Properties for its boutique feel, strength in marketing, strong branding and consistent performance record. "I felt like Signature Premier Properties takes a more personal approach to real estate then some of the other more corporate agencies and I immediately felt it was the right fit for me". Sean's spirited approach towards Real Estate along with his vast construction knowledge makes him a tremendous asset to Signature Premier Properties. Sean always looks forward to helping his customers and clients have the smoothest transaction possible while making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. In the end, Sean truly is " There When It Counts !" https://dos.ny.gov/system/files/documents/2021/08/fairhousingnotice.pdf
